Any SAIA Member who fails to remain a member of SAIA and / or remain in good-standing with SAIA’s Code of Conduct or rules and regulations as promulgated and amended from time-to-time, may, at the discretion of SAIA receive a sanction effecting their access to the SAIA Member Bidding Platform.
